What happens to my unaccepted or unsold items?
We can not guarantee the sale of your item, nor give you a time frame. This depends on the popularity of your item.
If the item does not sell within its selling time frame of 90 days, you will have an additional 14 days to collect your item. If you do not reclaim your item within this period, it will be donated to our local partner charity shop, Nomcebo's Secondhand Shop in Isipingo.
Can I get my clothing item back?
Yes, if you change your mind about selling the item, you can pick it up from our shop in Durban North at any time. However we do not ship it back to you.
